Q:How to retrieve forgotten password? A: Logon to http://www.hecas.edu.bn and click on 'Forgotten Password'. You will need to enter your Date of Birth, IC Number and User's Email for verification.

However, once a programme choice is removed, the fee is non-refundable and you will be charged $5.00 per programme if you wish to add programmes later.

Once this is done, the pop up will appear for you to select the examination you have taken. For example, 1st Examination = 'O' level, 2nd Examination = 'A' level.

Q: Why I did not receive any Tracking Number? A: i) Please make sure you are using DST Mobile. For non-DST subscribers, please go to the nearest DST counter to request for Password and Tracking Number. The charges are based on the number of programmes selected and DST Counter Service will issue both Password and Tracking number once the payment is made. ii) Please make sure you have sufficient balance for DST Prepaid Subscriber. iii) Please make sure you have followed the step by step instruction and double check on SMS Text. Make sure there is no typo error.
